Welcome to the Search Squad: where military training and outdoor education combine to train high school students in security and adventure. Lise de Lys is the Search Squad prodigy, the youngest person to qualify for the Sierra Squad at her boarding school. They take care of all the school's security, and have their eyes set on keeping everyone safe. But despite their responsibility, Lise and her teams must still exist as actual teenagers and deal with all the very real issues of High School. In a post-World War three world, life looks mostly the same; but with fear and horrors lurking on the edge of everyone's minds, it's hard to know what safety really is.
