T.S. CURTIS
You must stay drunk on writing so reality cannot destroy you - Ray Bradbury
T.S. Curtis: The Chaotic Writer
Writer of strong girls with sharp edges
T.S. Curtis was born and raised in Northern Alberta, and has also called Vancouver Island home. She has a Joint Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in History and Political Science from the University of Ottawa, which focused largely on the history and effects of colonialism. While completing her degree, she worked in the Canadian Public Service to develop her skills, and a bulk of her work was written during lunch breaks. She is now working in education. When she isn’t working or writing, she spends as much time as she can outdoors, loving hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing in particular, or finding a few peaceful moments to read cuddled with her two cats.
T.S. loves writing fiction, and doesn't really find herself in one specific genre, and can't always really tell you where she feels her books fit in to genres. Instead, she writes what she likes and does it purely for her enjoyment. Although fiction is her first love, she also has a great love for poetry and, with the help of mentors throughout high school, began to use it as a kind of solace.
